Neo-Tech Publishing Company started from I&O Publishing (which stood for Individuality and Objectivist Publishing) was bankruped by the IRS in a seizure raid that I believe went to the courts, where Frank R Wallace had the Honesty Oath made part of American Law.

He then founded Neo-Tech Publishing Company, which exists today now run by his 2 sons, Mark Hamilton (author of Cosmic Business Control and The Neo-Tech System) and Eric Savage (author of Global Wealth Power).

Neo-Tech Publishing Company is a semi-secretive printing group. We only know manuscripts printing in several pen names for Wallace and a few other staff. We do not know how far Neo-Tech Publishing Company is publishing in other pen names outside of the normal Neo-Tech market.
